Refund policy

We offer order preview upon delivery. If there is any issue with the order during delivery, you may return it immediately with the courier by only covering the shipping cost.

After delivery, we offer exchange only — no returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.
