Return and refund policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Items can be exchanged for another product of the same value or a higher value. If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
- In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in accordance with our store policy.
